Structure
  • The main structure is provided with R.C.C. framed structure on isolated footings for foundation

  • All windows are provided with paneled glazed window shutters with necessary grills etc

Flooring
  • Floorings will be done with ceramic tiles (plain)
  • All bath room walls will be provided with glazed wall tiles up to a height of 5 ‘0”
Kitchen
  • The kitchen table is provided with polished granite platform of black colour
  • Stainless steel sink with drain board is provided in the kitchen
  • Glazed tiles of white colour is provided in the walls up to 2’0” height above the cooking platform

  • No Electrical appliances or fittings will be provided
  • However promoter will fix electrical fittings purchased by the owners at no additional cost.
