Structure
- The main structure is provided with R.C.C. framed structure on isolated footings for foundation
- Designed for earthquake resistance
- All walls both 9” and 4.5” walls are built with I class chamber bricks. only
- All bed room door frames are made with Malasian saul wood (kongu) fitted with skin door
- shutters and windows are provided with UPVC frames and shutters . etc
- The main door is provided with best Indian teak wood frames with solid teakwood Shutters of good quality
- All windows are provided with paneled glazed window shutters with necessary grills etc
- All door fittings are of anodized aluminum, except a Godrej lock in the main door
- All bath rooms will be provided with syndex doors and frames
- Floorings will be done with ceramic tiles (plain)
- All bath room walls will be provided with glazed wall tiles up to a height of 5 ‘0”
- The kitchen table is provided with polished granite platform of black colour
- Stainless steel sink with drain board is provided in the kitchen
- Glazed tiles of white colour is provided in the walls up to 2’0” height above the cooking platform
- Provision will be made for an exhaust fan
- Ceramic Indian water closet (white) in one toilet and ceramic E.W.C. with P.V.C. low level cistern (white) in another toilet
- Two wash basin (White) one fitted with attached toilet and another in the dining
- Attached toilet will be provided with hot and cold water lines and fittings
- Concealed plumbing will be done by using G.I pipes and external plumbing using P.V.C.pipes and fittings
- Soil pipes and Water line system using P.V.C.and stoneware pipes

- Compound walls on two sides with M.S. gate in the front
- Two decorative gate lights, on either side of the gate and as per requirements
- Weathering course in open terrace. Parapet wall 4 ½” thick and 3’0” height
- No Electrical appliances or fittings will be provided
- However promoter will fix electrical fittings purchased by the owners at no additional cost.
- Shelves in the bedrooms without inner partions and, covering the shelves does not form part of the contract
- Any changes in the above specifications or any extra work to be done that will be charged extra
- Rain water harvesting will be done at the cost of promoter.
